Keith & Katie's Magnificent Crab Soup- KTB

Ingredients:
3/4 cup chopped green onion
2tsp fresh minced garlic
4 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp all purpose flour
2 cups chicken stock
2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2-2 cups milk
4 large potatos diced
2 cans corn
  -one white and one yellow mix, both sweet (in the summer i use fresh corn and just shave it off the cobb after boiling, about 5-6 should do)
1lb crabmeat (I use the backfinn)
1/4 cup Sherry
1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
6-8 celery stalks
Old bay to taste ( I just add a little bit at a time stir and keep testing as it simmers...be careful with how much you add of this as it can get VERY spicy and that could go either way depending on who you are feeding)

Sautee chopped green onions & garlic in butter until tender
Sift in flour and stir until well blended
Slowly add 2 cups chicken stock continuing to cook until smooth and bubbly
Slowly add cream & milk
Stir in crabmeat
Add sherry, lemon pepper, salt, white/black pepper
Simmer for 30 minutes adding old bay throughout the simmer process
